All merchandise is a special order, and will be shipped via UPS, FEDEX, or USPS. Most orders are manufactured and shipped out before or between 1-7 BUSINESS days (depending on the product. Unforeseen demand or manufacturer delays occasionally result in items that are out of stock. Some quantities are limited. We will inform you of any such event as soon as the manufacturer informs us, and you can then let us know how you would like us to proceed. If back orders are unacceptable, we will cancel the item from your order and refund any payment made.
We do not partial ship bedding products although non-bedding products may ship from a different manufacturer.
